Maintenance Payments: Once paid, society maintenance charges are non-refundable.

Duplicate Payments: In case of duplicate or excess payment, the extra amount will be adjusted in future maintenance bills or refunded within 7–10 working days.

Failed Transactions: If a payment is debited but not reflected, please contact us with transaction details. The issue will be coordinated with the payment gateway/bank.

Cancellations: As payments are for society services/maintenance, cancellations are not applicable.
